The Labour group of councillors on Derby City Council have backed Claire Ward’s campaign for Mayor.
Claire said: “Derby Labour emerged victorious with the most seats following the local elections in May, and haven’t wasted anytime in putting right the Tories’ mistakes. Baggy Shanker and Nadine Peatfield are providing strong leadership to a very capable group of elected members, and I’m delighted they’re backing me.”
