UNISON, the UK’s largest trade union, representing over 1.3 million workers in the public sector, have endorsed Claire Ward for East Midlands mayor.
Claire said: “I’m delighted to have secured UNISON’s nomination. UNISON in the East Midlands play a vital role in keeping our public services going in our region, and I’ll make sure their voices are heard at the very top as Mayor.”
