Labour’s mayor in the West of England, Dan Norris, has thrown his weight behind Claire Ward in her race to become East Midlands mayor.
Dan said: “The East Midlands has faced years of uncertainty and neglect by the Conservatives. As a Mayor myself I know Claire Ward has the ideas and integrity to transform the region’s villages, towns, and cities and bring back honesty and compassion to our politics. I’m very proud to support her.”
